Editing Process

What to expect from a professionally edited document:

1. A document which tracks the changes.
2. A document formatted in accordance to the relevant style guide.
3. The document will be free of spelling errors.
4. The document will be free of grammatical errors.
5. Factual inconsistencies will be weeded out.
6. Colloquialisms will be examined in relation to the intended audience.
7. Overall style and expression will be examined.
8. Flow, a logical progression and presentation of ideas, and clarity in meaning will be addressed.
